How does it work?
A new national member ID card will include Tier II logos on the back.
The current Vantage (Tier I) network is the primary network.
The Tier II provider networks are secondary networks available for Vantage members.
Neither Tier I nor Tier II providers can balance bill a member.
The Tier I and Tier II cost share is the same except there is an additional 20% co-insurance when services are performed by Tier II providers.
