Yes. You can select from our list of family practice physicians, internal medicine physicians, and pediatricians. You can change your Primary Care Physician at any time by calling our Member Services Department.

Does the Vantage Medical Home HMO Plan require referrals to see a specialist?
Yes. A referral is needed for any visits to see a specialist other than an Ophthalmologist for a routine eye exam or a Gynecologist.

Am I covered while traveling?
Yes. Vantage Medical Home HMO Plan members are covered anywhere in the world for Urgent and Emergency care as an in-network benefit.
